a. Helping customers to find Real estate they need
Using this website, customers are able to find out the Real estate that they want as well as its detailed information. Lists of Real estate, available in Real estate section, are helping visitors to sort or limit the results with many different parameters like location, price, etc.
Once a Real estate is found appropriate, members can buy it. Administrator will follow the order by passing it to the sales department. There they will contact the member according to her/his contact information provided during the sign up process of membership.
b. Helping owners to present their Real estate on the internet
Members are able to submit their own Real estate(s) on the website. At My Real estate section, any member can add Real estate(s), update the information of already available ones and remove any of them.
Administrator has an administrative power over all the modifications that members may perform on their Real estate. Confirmed Real estate will be published at the Real estate section of the website, where visitors can see them.
c. Helping investors and project owners to present their projects online
Websites allows investors and project owners to submit projects, not for sale, but for providing general information about it. Projects are presented at the website with detailed information and Real estate assigned to them are also identified.
d. Helping investors and project owners to manage their availability charts
Any member having more than one Real estate at the website is able to check out the availability chart. If the availability option of a Real estate is set to No, it will appear only in availability chart for helping the member to manage some Real estate without presenting them on the website (e.g. when they are sold).
e. Sending newsletters
For members, upon their choice of options in account settings, 24/7 newsletter can be sent. This newsletter includes useful information about the Real estate and property market in north Cyprus and the latest general news.
2- General Services (Public)
Public services are accessible for all the visitors in the website:
a. Providing detailed information about the available Real estate in the market
Real estate are presented with their detailed information for all visitors, but members are able buy or ask for more information.
b. Providing information about the projects available in the market
The same like Real estate, information is presented for all visitors, but members are able to ask for more information (there can not be any purchase request submitted for projects)
c. Providing NEWS
At the news section of the website, latest news are presented with their title, date, details and picture.
d. Guides
Different guides are accessible through the website for all the visitors; guides are available in PDF format only.
e. Articles
Useful articles are accessible for everyone through the website; articles are presented in PDF format and include related subjects to website’s activity.
f. Intelligent FAQ
The word “Intelligent” represents the rank option for Frequently Asked Questions. FAQs are presented according to their ranks. Members are able to rank the items and overall ranks are presented to all visitors.
3- Membership
Free of charge, anyone can become a member of this website. Depending on her/his activity range, membership type can be chosen. Members will have the access to the main services of the website in addition to the general (public) services.
a. Types
i. Individual
An individual member can be anyone who is seeking for information about the Real estate market in north Cyprus. And also any property owner who is not dealing with Real estate business (s/he would not need to submit more than one Real estate).
Individual members are able to have one Real estate published on the website; however, they are always able to change their membership type to investor of project owner.
ii. Investor
The main difference between an Investor and an Individual member is the ability of keeping more than one Real estate at the website.
iii. Project Owner
There are mainly no access difference between a project owner and an investor. This separation is only a conceptual differentiation for making ease of administration.
b. Identification
Members are identified from each other by their email address (globally unique). This email address is the main communication medium between them and the website as well.
c. Security
In order to enhance the privacy and secure the system, a password is required for providing access to members. A password is chosen by members during their sign up process; this password is kept encrypted in the system. No one has access to get the original password but system can set it to a new value when a member forgets his/her password. The new password is sent to member’s email address upon her/his request, this request can be operated only one time a day.
d. Sign up
Using a sign up form, available in the website, visitors can become a member. There is no email verification steps required for finalizing the signup and members are able to access the main services right after they submit the sign up form.
e. Account Settings
Members are able to update their personal, contact, and identification information (except email address) by using the account settings section of the website.
4- Administration
Administrator of the website, the person in charge for controlling all the transactions of the system, uses a control panel to perform her/his operations.
a. Members
Administrator may update a member’s information or remove a member from the member’s list. Members will be informed about the actions taken and their reasons through their email addresses given during the sign up process.
b. Real estate
Administrator is able to perform update or remove actions over the Real estate submitted by members; however, members will be informed about the actions taken by an email send to their email address given at the time of the sign up process.
On the other hand, all the modifications and addition requested by members over their Real estate must be confirmed by the administrator to get applied on the website. In both case (confirm and reject) members will be informed about the action through their email address given at the sign up process.
c. Projects
Administrator is able to perform update or remove actions over the projects submitted by members; however, members will be informed about the actions taken by an email send to their email address given at the time of the sign up process.
On the other hand, all the modifications and addition requested by members over their projects must be confirmed by the administrator to get applied on the website. In both case (confirm and reject) members will be informed about the action through their email address given at the sign up process.
5- Real estate
a. Sources
Real estate can be placed on the website directly by 24/7 company, or by members of any type (individual, investor, project owner). However, Real estate which are submitted by other members are completely checked and approved by 24/7 company.
b. Operations
Members are able to buy a Real estate available in the Real estate section of the website, they are also able to request for more information about a Real estate. In both cases, 24/7 will contact the member directly through the contact information given during the signup process.
c. Lifecycle
Real estate are presented at the website until; they are confirmed by the administrator and their availability option is set to ‘Yes’ by the owner. Availability option is just for helping members to keep a Real estate in the database without presenting it at the Real estate section, in this way they can manage their availability charts.
6- Project
a. Sources
Projects can be placed on the website directly by 24/7 company, or by members of any type (individual, investor, project owner). However, projects which are submitted by other members are completely checked and approved by 24/7 company.
b. Operations
Members are able to request for more information about a project. In both cases, 24/7 will contact the member directly through the contact information given during the signup process.
c. Lifecycle
Projects are presented on the website until they are confirmed by administrator and they are not removed.
